Over the recent weeks I have been in close connection with a gentleman by the name of Joel Hodroff, working out of Minnesota with an organization by the name of Dual Currency Systems.  He is proposing a system that would perfectly complement the Common Good Bank system.  It functions in an almost completely separate way, but would integrate well with the local curency policy of CGB to provide a truly holistic monetary system that protects its proponents while simultaneously incentivizing positive behavior for them to pursue in society.
