Proposed:

Anyone who cannot afford to join Common Good Finance at the "Half a Brick" level can become a Low Income Founding Member by making a donation of any amount AND recruiting 3 Founding Members (Low Income or otherwise).

Low Income Founding Members will be listed as "Mortar" — that is, without a specific level (making them indistinguishable from Founding Members who request that their level be kept private).

This proposal would also affect the "Sweat Equity" option for paid Organizers only in that the Organizer would be considered a Founding Member upon recruiting their 3rd Founding Member. Part of their compensation would still be set aside for an eventual Half a Brick membership.
